East River Federal Credit Union conducted its 64th Annual Meeting on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, at 5:30 pm. Reports were given by Tanya Hobson, President/CEO; Stacy Krusemark, Board of Directors Chair; and Amy Dockendorf, Supervisory Committee Chair. The reports highlighted how the Credit Union adapted operations to continue offering full services to members during the pandemic along with the unprecedented growth in assets for the 2020 year.
Four board positions, two 2-year terms and two 3-year terms, were open due to the cancelation of last year’s annual meeting during the pandemic. Incumbents Jeff Nelson and Randy Hoffman ran unopposed for the two 3-year term positions. Incumbent Stacy Krusemark and three other candidates ran for the two 2-year term positions.
