You might be the perfect fit if you... 

  • Love talking with people. Naturally build relationships. Enjoy helping others solve problems. Have customer service or sales experience. Want a career — not just your next job. 
  • Credit union or banking experience is wonderful — but it isn't required.
  • If you've built relationships in retail, hospitality, healthcare, or another customer-focused environment, we'd love to talk with you. (We can teach the financial side. We can't teach a genuine passion for helping people.)

You'll help members every day by: 

  • Building meaningful relationships 
  • Opening new accounts 
  • Assisting with loans and financial solutions 
  • Helping members with digital banking and account services 
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently 
  • Identifying opportunities to improve members' financial well-being 
  • Delivering the exceptional service East River FCU is known for 
  • Most importantly... You'll help people build success stories.
